Overview
We are seeking a commercially astute Director with Health, Education, or Life Sciences experience to join our London Real Estate team. You will work on live projects, leading small to medium-sized complex commissions and supporting major new build schemes across these sectors. This is a defined opportunity to take the lead and grow a successful career within our market-leading division.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead small to medium-sized complex commissions and support major new build schemes across Health, Education, and Life Sciences.
* Oversee team operations, including resource planning, contract management, and compliance across multiple projects.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Plan and secure resources for the project or programme, using appropriate tools and techniques.
* Lead and manage the project or programme team and delegate tasks, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
* Identify and manage risks and issues, using effective mitigation and contingency strategies.
* Ensure the project or programme stays on track and delivers on time and within budget, using relevant project management methodologies and standards.
* Build, sustain and facilitate relationships with project or programme stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
* Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of the project or programme, using appropriate metrics and indicators.
* Evaluate the impact and benefits of the project or programme, using evidence-based methods and tools.
Drive business development, identifying new opportunities and preparing compelling proposals to grow our presence in Health, Education, and Life Sciences.
Qualifications
* Experience in team leadership, compliance management, and business development.
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality project management services across the full project lifecycle.
* Degree qualified with cognate degree preferable.
* Experience in Health, Education, or Life Sciences projects.
* Strong contract administration skills, particularly with NEC contracts.
* Commercially astute.
