Are you a hands-on, proactive Fabric Technician looking for a stable role in a modern office environment? We're recruiting on behalf of a leading facilities management provider for a skilled technician to join their on-site team in Milton Keynes.
?? Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of the building fabric (doors, locks, flooring, tiling, painting, basic plumbing, etc.)
* Support with minor repairs and general maintenance person duties
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
* Liaise with site management and contractors to ensure smooth operations
* Maintain accurate records of work completed
? What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a similar building maintenance or fabric technician role
* Strong all-round skills in carpentry, painting, basic plumbing, and general repairs
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Relevant trade qualifications (desirable but not essential)
