Care Assistant - Days

£12.60 per hour

Please note we have FT & PT availability for Care. We also have a Support Worker role, which is hybrid Care/Activities.

We are recruiting for a role at Glenfairn House with opportunities across Sanctuary Care. We are currently accepting applications from those with the right to work in the UK.

* First and foremost – we work together as a team to enrich our residents’ lives – let’s support our colleagues too and have fun in the process
* We give the highest quality of personalised care to our residents in line with their individual care plans
* Leisure and social activities are a really important part of the day – let’s get stuck in
* Be kind and supportive in every way to our residents, their families and our colleagues


Skills & Qualifications

* Team work: a happy team makes for happy residents and a happy home
* Experience is not essential; we will provide training and support
* Care, enthusiasm and energy with the ability to communicate well and maintain a flexible approach
* Kindness and a genuine regard for older people and their needs, with respect and dignity
