Payroll & Benefits Specialist - Luxury Retail - £65-75K - 6 months to perm - Oxford Circus
My client is a supreme luxury brand in every sense of the word.
Currently, they are creating a new role for someone to lead their payroll and benefits function.
To be considered successful, the ideal applicant must -
* be available on a 2 week notice or less
* be proficient on UK and international payroll (ideally Singapore, Italy, Germany)
* have dealt with ADP (ideal not essential)
* have strong vendor management skills
* have had exposure to benefits and pensions
* be confident to work in a sole role
* be able to work from the office 1 day per week
* enjoy compliance and looking at ways to troubleshoot and also streamline process
Although this role is a 6 month contract initially, it will become permanent for the right individual should they be able to demonstrate a strong ability to take ownership and drive the function forward.
