About the role and the team:
At CreateFuture, we believe the workplace should inspire, energise, and connect. We’re looking for a part-time Office Manager to lead the in-office experience across our locations. From keeping operations running smoothly to making the office a place people genuinely enjoy coming to, you’ll ensure our spaces are organised, welcoming, and fit for collaboration.
Responsibilities
* You’ll support and guide our Office Coordinators, oversee multiple sites, and be the go-to contact for everything office-related.
* Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple office locations, ensuring a safe, smooth, and consistent experience.
* Lead and mentor Office Coordinators, keeping teams aligned across sites.
* Manage facilities, leases, suppliers, budgets, and compliance requirements.
* Deliver office projects such as refurbishments, tech upgrades, and events.
* Act as the main point of contact for building management and external partners.
* Shape a positive in-office culture through events, rituals, and small moments of connection.
* Champion clear processes and high standards that help the offices run efficiently.
Qualifications
* You’ll have proven experience as an Office Manager (or similar).
* You’re organised, practical, and confident juggling both detail and big-picture needs.
* You enjoy managing projects and improving how things work.
* You bring strong leadership and communication skills, with experience guiding others.
* You’re comfortable using Google Suite and other everyday office tools.
* You understand Health & Safety (NEBOSH certification a plus).
This is an on-site role, with flexibility, and we’re looking for someone within commuting distance of our Edinburgh office.
