Key Responsibilities: Employee Lifecycle Coordination : Manage and refine processes related to onboarding, internal transitions, and offboarding, ensuring consistency and care at every stage. Systems & Data Integrity : Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate, timely data management to support operational and strategic decision-making. Employee Support : Provide responsive, high-quality support across areas such as benefits, compensation, and policy interpretation. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with teams across the organization to implement process improvements and support broader people initiatives. Compliance & Confidentiality : Handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold best practices in compliance and data protection.
