Here at Academy Vets, we are hiring for a farm/small animal Veterinary Receptionist to join our team on a fixed-term basis for 3 months.
About The Role
The role will involve working predominately in large animal reception and duties will include:
Answering the telephone
Dealing with clients
Supporting the vets with organising farm visits
Dealing with all aspects of administration
As the first point of contact, our receptionists play a vital role in ensuring that our clients have a welcoming and positive experience. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a warm and compassionate demeanour, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
The rota
This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday from 8:30am- 5:30pm with a share of the Saturday rota.
