As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for meeting all shift work requirements by orienting, assisting, and coaching employees. You will ensure all standards are met by adhering to production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. Your role involves monitoring operations, reallocating resources, and solving operational problems.
You will manage within a multi-million-pound restaurant and lead a team of 100 or more employees. You will be part of the management team driving your restaurant forward by building sales, increasing profitability, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This position is suitable for individuals with experience managing and leading teams in retail, hospitality, business, or customer-focused environments. The role is restaurant-based and involves working varied shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays.
