Salary & benefits
* Basic salary: £50,000 per year
* Bonus: 5% bonus on revenue from hearing aid sales

About us
We are a group of established optician practices that expanded into the hearing care market in February 2024. We currently deliver audiology services across 14 active locations and are investing in continued growth and improvement of our hearing care offering.
The role
We are seeking an experienced Audiologist to help lead and develop our hearing care service across multiple practices. This is a hands-on clinical role with scope to influence standards, service delivery, and growth.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering high-quality, patient-centred audiology care across multiple locations
* Adult hearing assessments, hearing aid recommendations, fitting and follow-up care
* Managing the hearing aid patient journey from consultation to aftercare
* Providing (or supporting delivery of) ear wax removal in line with qualification and best practice
* Supporting service development: improving processes, patient experience, clinical standards, and performance
* Working closely with practice teams to build awareness and increase uptake of hearing care services
* Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring compliance with relevant professional standards
Requirements (essential)
* 3–5 years' experience in the private audiology market
* Ear wax removal qualification
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car (travel required across sites)
* Confident working independently across different practice locations
* Strong communication and patient care skills
* Commercial awareness with a focus on ethical recommendations and long-term outcomes
