Job overview Join Our Pharmacy Team We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to support our busy Pharmacy department in delivering a high‑quality service to patients, healthcare professionals and other service users. In this role, you will work under the supervision of registered pharmacy professionals and play a key part in the smooth running of our operations. You will act as a first point of contact for visitors to the department, responding to enquiries, answering telephone calls and providing timely support or direction as needed. Key responsibilities include: Supporting day‑to‑day pharmacy operations in line with departmental procedures Using the Webtracker system effectively Assisting with stock management, including ordering and replenishing consumables Maintaining accurate filing and archiving in line with policy Helping to keep the working environment clean, safe and compliant with SOPs, Health & Safety guidance and the Trust’s waste management policy Providing wider support to the Pharmacy Operations Manager and Dispensary Manager to ensure an efficient, professional service If you are proactive, keen to learn and committed to delivering excellent service, we would love to hear from you. Advert Dispensary Duties To greet all visitors to the department in a polite and friendly manner. To add prescriptions to the Webtracker as they are received on the printer To politely and professionally answer all telephone calls to the department To replenish department consumables and order as required To file all paperwork as per policy and prepare items for archiving.
