We are partnered with a large, international membership organisation and are seeking an HR & Payroll professional for a six-month fixed-term contract. This role is busy and varied, requiring excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities include:
* Processing payroll (training provided; experience with ITrent software is an advantage).
* Managing the Employee Journey from offer stage to end of probation.
* Handling benefits, promotions, salary reviews, and season ticket loan administration.
* Reporting and data analysis; experience with Business Object software is a plus.
Our client offers excellent training and is looking for candidates who are immediately available. Ideal candidates will have a background in professional institutes or membership organisations and possess 2-3 years of relevant HR or payroll experience.
