Do you have a desire to play a significant role in the development of digital marketing? Can you support the Red Cross Training to drive bookings and revenue?
As our Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will encourage innovation and grow skills, experience and knowledge. Also, you will manage specific online channels with the objective of driving bookings and revenue.
You will support the Digital Manager with implementing marketing plans and site development of all aspects of online marketing and website campaigns. This will include new media technology (video & mobile).
What does a day in the life of a Senior Digital Marketing Executive look like?
You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners to maintain and enhance the RCT website, applying strong technical expertise to troubleshoot daily website issues and support ongoing improvements, often within tight timelines and limited resources.
Your main areas of responsibilities will be to;
Manage the RCT website by coordinating updates, resolving technical issues, using analytics to guide improvements, and identifying opportunities to optimise performance and content.
Support email campaign creation, testing, delivery, and optimisation.
Maintain and grow affiliate partnerships and link‑building activity.
Deliver and report on paid social campaigns; assist with paid search.
Provide insights, track performance, and support campaign reporting.
Contribute to team activities and uphold British Red Cross values.
To be a successful Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you'll need:
Strong technical knowledge and hands‑on experience in website management, including the ability to troubleshoot issues, interpret analytics, and support ongoing development work.
Strong organisational and project management skills to effectively plan, execute and prioritise time sensitive website related tasks and projects.
Robust experience in using web analytics tools – specifically Google Analytics, Google Search Console, ahrefs, HubSpot analysis and reporting.
Experience in working towards delivering revenue targets and using data and insights to improve performance of campaigns.
Experience in writing and editing high quality content for complex, regulated markets and implementing successful lead generation strategies.
