Accounts Payable Officer | £18.00 - £20.00 per hour (Umbrella) | Stafford | 3 - 6 months:
Castlefield Recruitment are working with a not for profit organisation in Staffordshire who are looking to recruit a AP Officer to their team for an initial 3 - 6 month contract with the potential for extension and also offering hybrid working.
Duties:
1. Completing bank reconciliations and assisting with month end preparations
2. Responsible for clearing an invoice back log
3. Processing invoice payments and dealing with any queries
4. Preparing BACS payments, as well as assisting in period end processes including debit runs
5. Communicating with external stakeholders including suppliers and contractors
Experience:
6. Experience working in a similar position previously
7. Immediately available or on short notice
8. Need to be motivated, driven and able to use own initiative to pick up new systems and processes
