This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, progressive Building Services contractor based in Hertfordshire, with a strong reputation for quality and client satisfaction.
This role is ideal for someone who has led installation teams and is now looking to move into a more strategic, yet still hands-on, project management role.
You will take ownership of air conditioning projects up to £300-400k, managing them from survey through to completion.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and deliver air conditioning projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Provide on-site support and leadership, especially during critical stages, to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct site surveys and work closely with clients to develop tailored solutions.
Prepare and issue technical quotations and manage tender returns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while identifying opportunities for additional project work.
Manage the project pipeline, update project tracking systems, and report on progress against KPIs.
Attend client meetings, represent the company professionally, and support presentations when required.

Air Conditioning Project Manager Salary & Benefits £50-60k per annum, based upon experience 8:00am
