Evening Cleaner

Salary: Grade 4.5, £23,500 pro rata per annum
Start Date:October 2025
Contract: 15hrs per week, 52 Weeks
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 5:45pm -8:45pm
The Governors are looking to appoint an approachable, hard-working and dedicated cleaner to join our friendly team at St Wilfrids. You will work as part of a team, undertaking various cleaning duties throughout the school to ensure our children’s learning environment is always clean.
The Successful applicant will ideally be:
1. Has experience in cleaning duties and knowledge of best practise in cleaning
2. Ability to work under own initiative without supervision
3. Aware of importance of providing a quality service and satisfying the cleaning requirements of the school
4. Aware of importance of hygiene in the workplace
5. Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
6. Reliable
7. Willingness to undertake relevant training
8. Consistent in a calm and fair approach
9. Able to identify strengths and weaknesses to further develop the potential of pupils and staff.
