Our client, a prestigious company specialising in luxury supercars, is seeking a highly professional and well-presented individual to join their team as an Automotive Receptionist. This role provides a dynamic and exclusive environment where excellent customer service and attention to detail are paramount.
Benefits:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm, with occasional Saturday morning shifts
Salary up to £40,000, negotiable depending on experience

Deliver a professional and welcoming front of house experience to clients and visitors
Answer incoming calls and handle general enquiries efficiently and courteously
Maintain a tidy, professional reception area and communal spaces
Provide administrative support across departments, including assisting with office systems and equipment
Support event coordination and travel arrangements as required
Keep accurate records, logs, and manage internal systems as an Automotive Receptionist
Contribute to maintaining the high standards of the luxury brandRequirements:
Proven experience working within an automotive front of house environment, preferably with high-end or prestige vehicles
Outstanding organisational skills with keen attention to detail
Confident and personable communicator with a professional demeanour
Proactive, flexible, and capable of prioritising multiple tasks effectively
Well spoken and impeccably presented, as the role is client-facing
Previous reception or front of house experience desirable, from junior to senior levels
