Are you a reliable, flexible, and motivated individual looking to make a real impact across a range of client sites? Clearview Cleaning Services is seeking a dedicated Relief Cleaning Operative to join our growing team and help support our high standards across multiple locations.
About the Role:
As a Relief Cleaning Operative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the consistent delivery of our cleaning services by:
Completing scheduled cleaning tasks as per specific site requirements or guidance from Head Office.
Supporting client sites during staff absence, holidays, vacancies, or for non-routine cleaning needs (including stepping into Team Leader roles when needed).
Acting as a DBS buddy to help onboard and mentor new operatives and team leaders.
Completing required documentation and handovers to ensure smooth operational transitions.
Responding to ad hoc cleaning tasks as directed by our Coordinators, Account Managers, or Directors.
Representing Clearview as a professional, enthusiastic ambassador who upholds and promotes company values at every site.
Availability Requirements:
Available to work anytime between 3:00pm and 8.00pm, Monday to Friday
Contactable between 1:00pm and 8:00pm, Monday to Friday, via email and telephone.
Pay Rates:
Travel Time: £12.21/hour
Relief Contract Support (Onsite): £13.15/hour
Industrial Support/Weekends/Bank Holidays: £14.00–£20.00/hour (agreed in advance)
Mileage Allowance: 44p per mile (use of own vehicle required)
What We’re Looking For:
A flexible, proactive individual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to adapt to different environments and work both independently and as part of a team.
Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential).
DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
Driving license and own vehicle
