Trackman is growing, constantly developing our market-leading sports tracking solutions. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated representative for our Golf Pro, Indoor & Driving Range customers in Scotland and Northern England.
Your Main Responsibilities
* Support new customers with training, education, and 1st‑level technical support.
* Develop business opportunities and sales within our Trackman Pro, Trackman Range, and Trackman Indoor golf markets.
* Assist customers in planning and execution of successful launch events for indoor golf centers.
* Work with our Booking & Payments team to shape how players schedule pay‑and‑play across the Trackman ecosystem.
* Help build our community of operators through events and workshops.
* Ensure existing Trackman owners are successful in using and leveraging our product.
* Train customers in all market segments after install, on all aspects of the product and ecosystem.
* Maintain ongoing communication with customers via email, phone, or in‑person about software updates and key information.
* Provide 1st‑line aftersales support following install and training.
* Support commercial customers in hosting launch events and ongoing initiatives to increase footfall, revenue, and engagement.
* Help customers with marketing material and initiatives.
* Arrange regional events for facility owners to network and share best practices.
* Collate success stories and feedback to support future sales.
* Conduct meetings/updates with owners and staff at commercial venues.
* Lead the referral program for operators to recommend future clients.
Job Requirements
* Residency in Scotland or Northern England.
* Driver’s license and access to own vehicle (expenses paid).
* Fluent in English.
* Relevant sales, marketing or customer‑facing support experience, ideally in golf or sports‑related business.
* Experience in a customer‑facing role.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to provide well‑thought‑through solutions.
* Hands‑on, self‑driven, opportunity‑seeking, responsible.
* Growth ambitions and entrepreneurial mindset.
* Works independently while being a team player.
* Willingness to work out of hours, weekends and evenings when necessary.
Travel
Expect regional travel (70‑75% of time, specifically on‑site) and occasional European travel.
Preferred Criteria
* Golf professional or single‑figure handicap amateur golfer.
* Strong network in local golf industry.
* Experience in developing and applying sales and marketing strategies.
* Advanced computer skills: Apple iOS & Microsoft Windows configuration, device management, Microsoft Office/SharePoint.
