The Position
We are currently seeking a
talented Finance Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis at Highland
Coast Hotels. Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, this role
offers a unique opportunity to support the financial operations of our diverse
hotel portfolio. As a pivotal member of our finance team, you will play a
crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of financial processes and
procedures across our hotels.
This role is remote/homebased
with the ideal candidate ideally based in Inverness or the Highlands as the
role may require travel to our portfolio of hotels across the North Highlands.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and detail-oriented individual
with a passion for finance and hospitality, having worked as a Finance
Assistant or similar role. While prior experience in the hospitality industry
is advantageous, we welcome candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow
within the hospitality industry. Key attributes include:

Strong
organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
effectively.

Excellent
communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with internal
stakeholders and hotel teams.

Proficiency
in accounting principles and financial software, with a keen eye for accuracy
and attention to detail.

Adaptability
and flexibility to work remotely and travel to hotels in the North Highlands as
required.

A
positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork, contributing to the
success of our finance department and hotel portfolio.
