We are seeking a dedicated EYFS Learning Support Assistant to join our Early Years team. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, supporting children aged 3-5 in a nurturing, inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support learning within the EYFS framework as a Learning Support Assistant
* Provide 1:1 and group support, including for children with additional needs in Croydon
* Foster social, emotional, and academic development
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3) desired but not mandatory as EYFS Learning Support Assistant
* Available full-time, Monday to Friday in Croydon
* Committed to safeguarding and child welfare
