Sports Coach / PE Teacher (Primary) - North Birmingham 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday) Temporary - Start ASAP, ongoing A primary school in the North Birmingham area is seeking an enthusiastic Sports Coach or PE Teacher to join their team on a long‑term basis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about physical education, child development, and creating positive sporting experiences for young learners. What the role involves Planning and delivering engaging PE lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. Leading a variety of sports activities that promote teamwork, confidence, and physical literacy. Supporting whole‑school sporting events, competitions, and extracurricular clubs. Working closely with class teachers to ensure lessons meet curriculum expectations. Managing behaviour positively and creating an inclusive, encouraging environment. Assessing pupil progress and adapting sessions to meet a range of abilities. Promoting healthy lifestyles and motivating pupils to stay active.
