We are seeking a dynamic Security Champion/Engagement Partner to join our Security Education & Training team! About Us: Our Security Education & Training team is dedicated to empowering colleagues to become world-class professionals who take pride in securing our solutions, business, and customers. Through engaging and tailored training initiatives, we equip our team with the knowledge and skills to work securely while fostering a culture of security across the organisation. Your Role: As a Security Champion/Engagement Partner, you will lead the delivery of our Cyber Sentinels Network, a vital initiative aimed at embedding a culture of cyber awareness and resilience. Your efforts will directly impact approximately 450,000 colleagues globally, spanning Head Office, Stores, Distribution Centres, and Customer Fulfilment Centres. Key Responsibilities: Programme Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end execution of the Cyber Sentinels Network, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Directors, Security Champions, and Learning Partners to identify high-risk areas and recruit suitable Sentinels. Communications & Engagement: Develop and implement a communications plan to promote the programme, drive participation, and maintain momentum. Training & Enablement: Coordinate onboarding and enablement sessions for Sentinels, equipping them with the necessary tools and knowledge. Monitoring & Reporting: Track progress against KPIs, provide updates for senior stakeholders, and adapt strategies to ensure target coverage. Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback to refine the programme and enhance its sustainability. What We're Looking For: To excel in this role, you will need: Proven experience in programme or project management, ideally within cybersecurity, learning & development, or organisational change. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Experience in designing and delivering engagement campaigns or networks across large organisations.
