Job Description
1. Lead the management of an O-Zone water treatment system project involving mechanical piping and renovation of an existing building
2. Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and quality control
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
4. Ensure safety compliance and adherence to project specifications
5. Manage field teams and support them in achieving project milestones
6. Prepare and oversee project documentation, reporting, and forecasting
7. Assist leadership in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
8. Represent the company professionally in all client and site interactions

The Successful Applicant
9. Experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within civil construction
10. Strong background in wastewater projects (preferred)
11. Sitework experience beneficial
12. Ability to commute daily to the Halifax, MA area (no hybrid/remote options)
13. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
14. Ability to step into a fast-moving project and take ownership quickly

15. Base Salary:Project Manager: $130K-$150KSenior Project Manager: $150K-$180K
