At The Manchester College, you will be supported by our Teaching Academy to work towards qualified teacher status for post 16 compulsory education, through a Cert Ed/PGCE. This includes 3-4 hours delivery per week and engagement with a mentor to support your progress in the profession while you work.
The starting salary for an unqualified teacher is between £28,300.00 - £30,307.50*. It's a great way to kick-start a rewarding career with full training and support.
