Part-Time Call Centre Operative
Location: Keighley
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 3:00pm – 7:00pm, Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 3 weekends
Contract: Temporary ongoing with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate
Start Date: Immediate
The Role
Our client based in Keighley is looking to recruit a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Call Centre Operative to join their busy team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong administrative and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Handling incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Carrying out general administrative duties
• Accurate data entry and record maintenance
• Liaising with engineers and coordinating appointments/work schedules
• Updating internal systems and ensuring information is recorded correctly
Candidate Requirements
• Previous customer service or call centre experience is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Excellent geographical knowledge
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Available for an immediate start
