The Opportunity
An established residential property business based in Hendon (NW4) is seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee a substantial and varied portfolio.
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in UK residential property management. You will take full responsibility for managing approximately (Apply online only) units, ensuring compliance, maintaining high service standards, and supporting the wider property management team.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a residential portfolio of approximately (Apply online only) units
- Overseeing all aspects of AST management, including:
- Issuing Section 21, 13, 8, and 42 Notices
- Managing rental arrears collection
- Handling tenancy renewals and referencing
- Coordinating inventories, check-ins, and check-outs
- Coordinating both planned and reactive maintenance
- Monitoring void properties and implementing strategies to reduce vacancy periods
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and current property legislation
- Conducting property inspections at least twice per year
- Working closely with Property Management Assistants to maintain efficient administrative processes
- Maintaining accurate property diaries and records using Qube software

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' experience in residential property management
- Strong working knowledge of UK tenancy legislation and procedures
- Experience managing large residential portfolios
- Proficiency in property management systems (Qube preferred)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work independently and manage a demanding workload
