Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their friendly and busy finance team based in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous finance or purchase ledger experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
* Managing expenses and supplier payment runs
* Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
* Handling invoice and payment queries in a timely manner
* Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
* Assisting with month-end finance processes
* Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous accounts payable or finance administration experience
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident communication skills with a professional manner
* Good Microsoft Excel and general IT skills
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
* AAT qualification or studying towards AAT would be advantageous
