Job Summar yWe're looking for a dedicated and passionate Clinical Lead - RNLD to join our team, supporting adults with learning disabilities in a residential setting. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine your clinical expertise with your ability to support and guide others - helping to shape a safe, supportive, and genuinely person-centred environment .You'll be leading from the front - providing direct nursing care when needed, supporting the wider team, and ensuring we meet the highest standards in everything we do .
Responsibilities
* ceTake the lead on clinical care within the service - acting as a role model for the wider tea
* m.Be the go-to person for nursing-related decisions and support staff with any clinical queries or challenge
* s.Make sure care is delivered safely, respectfully, and always in line with people's individual care plan
* s.Care Planning & Revie wsCarry out thorough nursing assessments and work closely with individuals, families, and staff to create person-centred care plan
* s.Regularly review care plans to make sure they continue to reflect each person's needs, preferences, and goal
* s.Medication & Health Monitori ngOversee the safe storage, administration, and recording of medicatio
* n.Keep a close eye on each individual's physical health, making referrals and arranging appointments as neede
* d.Work with GPs, dentists, and other health professionals to ensure holistic care is in plac
* e.Quality, Safety & Complian ceHelp the service stay compliant with CQC and other regulatory standard
* s.Support with audits, inspections, and any action plans that follo

Qualifications
* tsA valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse RMN / RN
* LDExperience working with adults with learning disabiliti
