Job Description
1. Plan and manage all phases of property construction projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project objectives and standards.
3. Monitor budgets and expenses, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment to meet project timelines.
6. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and productivity.
7. Resolve issues and conflicts promptly to keep projects on track.
8. Prepare and present project progress reports to management and clients.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
9. A background as a Construction Project Manager, civil engineering, or a related field.
10. Experience working on NYCHA, HPD, or PACT projects
11. Experience with Occupied Rehabs / Tenant-in-place construction is preferred.
12. Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
13. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
14. An understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
15. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
16. A detail-oriented approach to ensure project quality and adherence to plans.
