Customer Account Manager

We're looking for a sharp, relationship-first Account Manager to own a portfolio of key customers and drive real commercial results. If you know your way around a P&L, thrive in fast-moving environments, and can charm a room without losing sight of the numbers, read on.
What you'll do
- Own the commercial relationship with key customers — from strategy to day-to-day
- Hit sales and contribution targets, with full P&L accountability for your accounts
- Forecast weekly, monthly and annually — and actually get it right
- Lead bids, tenders and RFPs with confidence
- Project manage new business implementations end-to-end
- Keep pricing accurate, invoice queries sorted, and reports clean
What you'll bring
- 3+ years in sales or airline catering, with at least 1 year in a commercial or account role
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
- A natural ability to build trust at senior level — and keep it
- Comfort with ambiguity, change, and a competitive market
- Strong English — a second language is a bonus
