Job Title: Compliance Consultant (Adult Social Care) - Contractor Location: Nation-wide (Travel Required with Hybrid Projects) Rate: Competitive Daily Rate + Expenses Type: Contract (Project-Based, Monday-Friday) Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is expanding its team and seeks experienced Care Operations & Compliance Specialists for compliance projects across the UK's adult care sector, including learning disabilities, mental health, complex care, supported living, dementia, elderly care, residential or nursing care, and local authorities. In this role, you will: Be an experienced Care Operations and Compliance Manager or a current/ex-CQC Regulatory Inspector, guiding care providers through inspections, registrations, and quality improvements. Implement actionable improvements to elevate care standards. Choose projects that match your expertise and availability. Your responsibilities include: Conducting detailed mock inspections using authentic CQC methodologies and developing compliance roadmaps for underperforming services. Leading crisis interventions for homes at risk of enforcement. Simplifying CQC registration processes for new providers. Delivering evidence-based training to care teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field. At least 3 years in a compliance/quality role within social care sectors such as learning disabilities, mental health, etc. Experience as a CQC inspector or similar, delivering quality management and compliance. Deep knowledge of CQC regulations, frameworks, and updates. Experience with inspections, audits, and policy development. Strong report writing, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
