We are hiring an experienced Regional People Partner to provide maternity leave cover on a fixed-term contract (Nov 2025 - Nov 2026) for our London and South East region. You will be at the heart of leading, supporting, and inspiring our teams across the region.
In this role, you will:
* Coach and guide managers while supporting wellbeing and engagement
* Lead on employee relations, change projects, and succession planning
* Use data and insight to drive performance across the region
* Partner with the Regional Manager to drive the region's commercial success

What You'll Be Doing: As part of our People team, you will support managers and colleagues in our retail stores across the region, helping them feel confident, engaged, and valued. You will:
* Coach and guide managers to lead their teams with confidence
* Support colleagues with performance, wellbeing, and employee relations matters
* Lead change projects, restructures, and succession planning
* Use data and insights to drive team performance and improvements
* Identify training needs and support learning and development initiatives
* Collaborate on projects that make a real difference for colleagues every day
We're looking for someone who:
* Has experience as a Regional People Partner with strong HR knowledge, ideally in retail or multi-site environments
* Is based either in London or the Berkshire or Surrey area with convenient access to central London
* Is confident advising managers on performance, employee relations, and organisational change
* Can coach, influence, and build trusted relationships at all levels
* Is CIPD qualified (level 5 or above) with strong IT and data skills
* Works professionally and independently while collaborating effectively with others
* Is commercially aware and confident challenging constructively to drive results

This is a field-based role requiring a minimum of three days per week in stores on your region, with occasional overnight stays.
