Warehouse Administrator – Records Management

Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Safely load and unload record boxes (up to 35kg) with precision and care
• Keep inventory records accurate and up-to-date
• Tackle compliance checks, financial reporting, and admin tasks like a pro
• Be the friendly face (and voice!) for customer enquiries — and help grow our business
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient warehouse environment
• Work closely with suppliers and contractors to keep everything running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus — but not essential
• Sharp attention to detail and top-notch organisational skills
• Confident using IT systems and quick to learn new tools
• A natural communicator with a customer-first mindset
• Physically fit and ready to meet deadlines with energy and enthusiasm
