Teaching Assistants – Special Needs (Complex Needs) Peterborough Start Date: September 2025 Full-Time ICTalent Recruitment is proud to be supporting a specialist SEND school in Peterborough in their search for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025. This is a full time opportunity to work in a nurturing and rewarding environment, supporting children with complex needs. About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with class teachers and the wider support team to assist pupils aged between 4-18 who have a wide range of complex needs, including: * Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) * Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) * Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) * Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) * Social, Emotional and Mental Health challenges (SEMH) * Sensory impairments and physical disabilities You will play a key role in delivering tailored learning support, helping pupils access the curriculum, develop life skills, and build positive relationships in a safe and inclusive environment.
