We are looking for an experienced Alumni Engagement Manager to join the team. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, Communications and Audiences the successful candidate will deliver a comprehensive strategy for alumni engagement focusing on developing the role of alumni as prime advocates for the Academy. You will ensure the efficient running of the online registration process for leaving students and develop marketing campaigns and materials to re-engage ‘lost’ alumni, both in the UK and internationally. A key part of the role involves keeping track of the numerous alumni successes throughout the world and reporting on this regularly to the Principal and the Senior Management Team. To be successful in this role you will be an excellent communicator, both orally and in writing, with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues at every level. You will need strong planning and administration skills. You will have worked within a similarly high-profile institution and preferably have knowledge and experience of the role of alumni in a higher-education setting.
