What You’ll Do
* Support residents with personal care and daily routines
* Organise and join activities with residents
* Book appointments and help with practical tasks
* Escort residents on outings and appointments
* Be a consistent, friendly presence in residents’ lives
* Perform light cleaning and domestic duties
Qualifications
* Warm, friendly, and passionate about supporting older adults
* Team player who is reliable and willing to learn
* Over 18 years old and preferably able to drive (not essential)
* Experience in care or a Health & Social Care Level 2 qualification is beneficial but not required
