Senior National Account Manager

Invivo | UK | Remote / Hybrid

Full-time Permanent Role

Invivo is a leading microbiome-focused supplements and wellness brand entering an exciting new phase of commercial growth.

We are seeking a Senior National Account Manager to drive profitable national expansion across UK retail, distributor and marketplace channels. This is a senior, hands-on commercial role with full ownership of account strategy, new business acquisition, and margin delivery.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Invivo’s national commercial footprint.

The Role

* Lead acquisition of new national retail and strategic distributor partners
* Own and deliver Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
* Secure new SKU listings and range expansion across relevant UK channels
* Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, margin, promotional investment, trading terms)
* Manage distributor performance and drive sell-through
* Own gross-to-net thinking, trade spend and ROI
* Provide accurate forecasting and align closely with supply chain
* Act as the voice of the customer internally
* Represent Invivo externally at key industry events

Success will be measured by new account wins, revenue and margin growth, forecasting accuracy, and stakeholder trust.

About You

* 7+ years’ experience in National or Key Account Management
* Background in supplements, consumer healthcare, wellness or FMCG
* Proven success securing retail listings and delivering profitable growth
* Strong commercial and financial acumen
* Confident negotiation skills with senior stakeholders
* Experience managing distributors and/or online marketplaces
* A strategic yet hands-on approach
