VoltConsulting isn't building a typical recruitment agency. We’re a small, ambitious consultancy founded on advocacy, care, and precision. Of course we operate as recruiters too - but it's about the mindset toward what you do, how you operate and your ‘why’. Desire for success remains paramount here but we founded to replace pressure and process with precision, advocacy and service. And being fully remote, we hope to be a able to spread the net and acquire like-minded talent anywhere.
