We're looking for a Recovery Navigator -someone with a rare mix of compassion, resilience, organisation and flexibility. Someone who understands that rehabilitation isn't just about offering advice; its about rolling up your sleeves and pro-actively supporting someone on their journey.
You'll be working in a challenging environment with people who have complex needs and who can be reluctant to engage. But when you help someone break the cycle of addiction and take real steps toward transforming their life, its a great feeling.
About the Role:
Youll support individuals as they transition from prison back into the community, helping them address and manage their drug and alcohol addictions. Through 1-to-1 support and group sessions you will guide individuals on their recovery journey.
