The reception area is a fundamental part of our guests’ experience. As a Reception Manager you will lead a large, diverse team and play an integral part in providing a flawless customer journey from the moment guests arrive.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Head of Facilities and Reception Team Leaders to ensure the smooth running of the Reception team.
* Direct, lead and coach the team’s activities within Reception to ensure all responsibilities are covered.
* Provide a seamless customer journey for all guests from arrival to departure.
Qualifications
* Resolution focused leader capable of handling guest concerns with empathy and continuous improvement.
* Strong multitasking skills in a guest‑facing environment, balancing arrivals and improvement monitoring.
* Ability to motivate, engage and lead a team, especially during high demand.
* Capacity to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
* Willingness to challenge standards when they are not being met.
* Confidence in making decisions independently.
* Skill in using guest insights and feedback to drive a culture of improvement.
* Experience coaching and developing a high‑performance team.
* Create a rewarding environment that encourages high team engagement.
