Are you in a Customer Service role but you're looking for a job with more responsibility? Or perhaps you are already supporting with the sales process but you're looking for more growth opportunity? We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our successful and rapidly growing client.This role requires a versatile individual with strong communication and negotiation skills, who can assist with a wide range of inquiries.

The ideal candidate will be sales, customer-focused, adaptable, and able to handle a dynamic fast-paced environment.The package:Competitive salary up £30,000.00 - £35,000.00 per annum12% annual performance bonusUp to 6% pension contribution25 days leave, plus bank holidays (increasing to 28 days after 5 years' service)Life insurance£600 annual personal development budgetRegular staff eventsOpportunities for career growth and development.Key ResponsibilitiesContact customer and clients either by phone or email to discuss their requirementsProspecting for new clients, generating leads, and converting them into customersManaging customer/ client relationships, and achieving sales targetsWorking closely with marketing and other teams to align sales efforts and ensure a cohesive customer experienceFollowing up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any issuesMaintaining accurate customer records, sales data - updating CRM salesforceMaintain and update tracker spreadsheets effectively - looking at process and streamliningProvide administration and customer services support to the Senior Planner and project co-ordinatorsKey RequirementsUnderstanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practicesVerbal communication skills, including active listening, for confidently and clearly resolving queriesWritten communication and accurate typing skillsOrganisation skills for managing multiple customer queries simultaneouslyProblem-solving skills for resolving complex customer queriesKeen to develop and grow your careerPlease note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training, and skills.
