We have several new Senior Business Analyst contract roles available, offering the chance to work on large-scale transformation and change programmes.
You’ll be embedded within a major transformation initiative, helping to document, analyse and redesign complex business processes that impact day-to-day operations. This role suits a Business Analyst with a structured mindset, strong documentation capability and the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
There are multiple roles available at both mid-level and senior level.
Desired Skills / Experience
4+ years Business Analyst experience (mid and senior roles available), Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong change management and operational transformation focus.
Solid hands-on experience in process mapping (as-is / to-be) and business process redesign.
Demonstrable experience working on large-scale change or transformation programmes is ideal.
Strong stakeholder management skills across business, operations, and delivery teams.
Experience gathering and managing business requirements in complex environments, Confident workshop facilitator with excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to understand the various teams and functions across multi-funnctional teams along with the associated end-to-end interactions in order provide advice and support.
