Talent Acquisition Partner | c£45,000 per annum depending on experience, plus bonus scheme
Based in Sherwood Forest village 3 days a week
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Center Parcs, you will play a pivotal role in proactively supporting and driving key hiring opportunities to support our company aims in building a more inclusive workforce.
We feel the modern Talent Acquisition Partner has evolved beyond traditional recruiting to become more strategic, data focused, and technology enabled, serving as a true business partner to the company. Whilst based in one of our Villages, you’ll also have the opportunity to lead key projects for the wider company and be part of a community of practice, driving change in our recruiting and onboarding practices.
What You’ll Be Doing…
1. Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborating with leadership to understand business goals and translate them into hiring plans that align with company growth strategies.
2. Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identifying and engaging potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals).
3. Employer Branding: Developing and maintaining the company's reputation as an employer of choice through content creation, social media presence, and candidate experience.
