You will specialise in carrying out Responsive Maintenance electrical repairs works to our customers' properties.

The Electrician role:
We prioritize your safety, happiness, and support, with Health and Safety being paramount in all responsibilities, for you, us, and the customer.
* Conduct reactive response maintenance, including electrical repairs, maintenance, and breakdowns.
* Perform ongoing electrical testing (EICRs) if qualified in test and inspect.
* Conduct post-inspections on completed works.
* Potential involvement in other work streams, including void properties.
* Rewire, test, and upgrade works in void properties before re-let, as well as planned programmed works.
What will you bring as an Electrician?
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation with AM2 qualification.
* 2391 Testing and Inspection qualification (or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
* Exceptional customer service skills, especially in customer-facing environments such as homes and communal areas.
* A full UK Driving Licence, essential for using a company van and fuel card.
