Key responsibilities of a New Homes Sales Manager
1. Recruitment, training and management of new homes sales staff
2. Managing the cross selling of services
3. Liaison with our Area Manager and Branch teams to influence performance;
4. Liaison with our Marketing teams to deliver on strategy
5. Oversee and deliver the sales and marketing strategy on developments of varying sizes
6. Account management with our developer clients ensuring opportunities for repeat business;
7. Visiting developments and branches within the area;
8. Internal reporting where necessary
