The role involves: Answering calls from customers at “FNOL” stage means completing a full fact find on the vehicle damage and their needs. Your role will have an evidence element to it, as you’ll need to understand if there is any witnesses, or passengers, or if it was fault or non-fault. This means we can consider anyone from a similar claims role, who has dealt with claims at first stage in the past. It's key to understand how to upsell on our additional services such as hire cars, and repairs on their vehicles within our in-house garages across the UK.
