Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in East Kilbride for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining inventory, retail loss prevention, and enhancing the overall shopping experience. The Store Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with PGA professionals to deliver a high standard of service and support to all customers.
Qualifications
* Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
* Strong Communication skills
* Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
* Ability to lead a team and manage day-to-day store operations
* Knowledge of golf equipment and enthusiasm for the sport is essential
* Strong understanding of the golf industry and trends
* Ability to coach and develop fellow colleagues
* Knowledge of custom fitting process and visual merchandising standards are highly desirable
