Duties: * Receiving and logging hi-volume calls from drivers who have broken down * Proactively liaising with dealers and customers * Source and negotiate solutions to resolve cases * Monitor the quality of cases and identify corrective action where appropriate * Supporting the Help Desk Person Spec: * Excellent Customer Service skills * Ability to pick up systems and processes with ease * Customer focused with a logical approach to problem solving and decision making * Able to 'think on your feet' * Superb communication skills * Must possess a positive and pro-active attitude Please call us for an informal chat about the role.
