Staff Power Group are proud to be partnering with a global leader in vehicle occupant safety solutions, in the recruitment of a Customer Account Coordinator for their UK manufacturing operation.
This is a key role within a small, agile team, supporting customer accounts, managing orders, coordinating export documentation, and ensuring effective communication between internal teams and global stakeholders. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for customer orders and queries
Input and manage orders using ERP systems
Coordinate production schedules and delivery updates
Support quotation preparation with the Sales Manager
Handle technical queries and escalate when needed
Manage export documentation and support compliance processes
Set up and maintain customer account information
Contribute to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
Requirements: A-levels or BTEC Level 3 minimum; degree desirable
Strong communication and administrative skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)
Previous experience in manufacturing or with ERP systems is beneficial
German language skills are an advantage but not required
Willingness to travel internationally on occasion
