Kitchen Assistant - YOTEL Edinburgh We are looking for someone to join our Fuel Crew (our name for Food & Beverage) as a Kitchen Porter. In the hotel we offer our guests a bar where we serve food and drinks and our great breakfast - Revolve the central hub, beating heart of the hotel, a multifunctional space designed to create a sense of community where for work or play. Our Food & Beverage offering is simple but quality lead. A little about the role: We are looking for someone who can work a mixture of breakfast, event and dinner shifts in the hotel. As Kitchen porter you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of cleanliness in our kitchen. In our compact prep and heat kitchen we prepare breakfast, lunch, meetings and dinners year round. Everything from corporate events to Boozy Brunches we are always Non-Stop! As well as cleaning and organising the kitchen you will be involved in food preparation, health and safety compliance and assisting with food deliveries and stock counts.
